1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All Kannauj Attar artisanal attars are packed in bubble-cushioned, leak-proof amber glass containers. Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

• Complimentary Delivery: Orders with a cart value of ₹799 or above qualify for FREE standard delivery across India.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹69 is applied at checkout.
• Metro Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days depending on location.

3. Courier Partners & Real-time Tracking

We ship exclusively through trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post Speed Post. As soon as your order leaves our Kannauj dispatch atelier, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your tracking URL and AWB number.

4. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the outer shipping box appears damaged, crushed, or tampered with upon delivery, please photograph the package and refuse delivery, or notify us at kannaujattarperfumes@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero additional charge.
