This website is operated by Kannauj Attar. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kannauj Attar. By visiting our site or purchasing fragrances from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Product Accuracy & Natural Ingredients
Our attars are produced using traditional hydro-distillation methods from natural botanicals, clays, and aged woods. Because raw natural harvests can vary subtly from season to season, slight natural variations in color and scent intensity may occur. This is a hallmark of genuine, unadulterated botanical extraction.
3. Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any attar variant or size without liability.
4. Safe Use & Skin Sensitivity
Our attars are 100% alcohol-free concentrated perfume oils. While formulated with gentle botanical extracts, we recommend conducting a patch test on the inner wrist before regular application, especially for individuals with known botanical allergies.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
